Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Plotz account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed and what we are required to retain.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Plotz mobile app:

Open the Plotz app and sign in.
Go to the You tab, then open Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If you are the only owner of a venue on Plotz, you'll be asked to add another owner in the merchant portal (or contact us) before your account can be deleted, so the venue isn't left without a manager.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email info@promoplotz.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

Your profile (name, email, phone number, date of birth, and profile photo)
Your unredeemed vouchers and deal claims (returned to the deal's inventory)
Your group tables and table memberships (tables you host are cancelled; other members are notified)
Your push notification tokens and notification history
Your notification preferences and merchant-portal access, if any

What we retain, and why

Some records are kept after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Redeemed voucher and transaction records, retained for up to 7 years for financial and tax compliance.
Records we are legally required to keep, or that are needed to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

Retained records are minimized and are not used to re-create your account. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
